Digideal Ops Alerts
Internal text-message program · Last updated: 2026-10-08
Digideal Ops Alerts is an automated SMS program for Digideal’s own operations staff. Our monitoring system sends a short text when a production system we operate is down, a server is out of disk or memory, a database is unreachable, or an advertising spend-safety guard trips. It is an internal, staff-only program: no customers, prospects or third parties are ever enrolled, and no marketing or promotional content is sent.
1. How to enroll
Enrollment is limited to members of Digideal’s on-call rotation. There are two ways to opt in, and both are voluntary:
By text message. From the mobile phone you want alerts on, text ALERTS to +1 (508) 794-8530. You will receive this confirmation: “Digideal Ops Alerts: you are enrolled as an on-call engineer and will receive automated infrastructure alert SMS. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
In writing. When joining the on-call rotation, an engineer records their mobile number and signs the on-call policy acknowledgement, which includes the consent language on this page. The operations lead then adds the number to the alerting configuration and the same confirmation text is sent.
2. What you will receive
Operational alerts only, for example: “Digideal Ops Alert. FIRING: Postgres pod adplus-pg-1 is down in adplus-prod. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Message frequency varies with system activity: a typical week carries a handful of alerts, with more during an incident. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier’s plan. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation (“Digideal Ops Alerts: you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further alert SMS. Reply START to re-enroll.”) and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Privacy
We collect the mobile number and the opt-in record (date, time and method). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy and the SMS program terms in our Terms.
