These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at digideal.ai and any related corporate marketing pages (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Digideal Inc. (“Digideal”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Digideal

Digideal Inc. is a Delaware corporation that, through its operating subsidiary Digideal LLC, builds and markets vertical AI software products. Each product (Artistik, Krafta, Complos, Casetop, Storops, and others we may launch) is governed by its own separate terms of service available on its respective website. These Terms cover only the corporate marketing site at digideal.ai.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or any networks connected to the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site at a rate or volume that materially burdens our infrastructure, except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers that respect robots.txt.
• Send unsolicited communications to our published email addresses.

The names “Digideal”, “Artistik”, “Krafta”, “Complos”, “Casetop”, “Storops”, and the associated logos are trademarks of Digideal Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for nominative fair use to refer to our products.

You may view, download, and print pages of the Site for personal or internal business reference, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

4. Third-party links

The Site links to websites operated by our subsidiary product brands and to third-party services. Digideal does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of such sites is governed by their own terms.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. 6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Digideal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the site.

Digideal’s total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with the site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digideal and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
